We offer 3 types of Classes at the Fitneesa Studio where we combine therapeutic benefits with a challenging workout. Our classes focus on lengthening, aligning, and sculpting your body with a strong emphasis on technique and breath-work. Come and elevate your fitness journey with us!

 

Our Level 1/2 Pilates group classes focus on foundational Pilates exercises with a strong emphasis on technique and breath-work. Suitable for beginners as well as experienced Pilates-goers. 

 

Our Level 2/3 Pilates group classes are faster-paced and more advanced. Suitable for more experienced Pilates-goers looking for an extra challenge. 

 

Our Gymlates group classes are a hybrid fitness class that combines the core-strengthening, flexibility, and posture-focused benefits of Pilates with the strength & power elements of traditional gym workouts. Ideal for athletes/gym-goers looking to reduce injury risk, improve posture, or enhance mobility, as well as Pilates-goers looking for a way to add more strength to their training!
