PILATES SMALL GROUP CLASSES

We offer (3) types of Pilates Classes at the Fitneesa Studio where we combine therapeutic benefits with a challenging workout. Our Pilates classes focus on lengthening, aligning, and sculpting your body with a strong emphasis on technique and breath-work.

Our Level 1/2 Pilates classes focus on foundational Pilates exercises with a strong emphasis on technique and breath-work. Suitable for beginners as well as experienced Pilates clients.

Our Level 2/3 Pilates classes are faster-paced and more advanced. Suitable for more experienced Pilates clients looking for an extra challenge.

Our Gymlates classes combine the core-strengthening, flexibility, and posture-focused benefits of Pilates with the strength & power elements of traditional gym workouts. Ideal for beginners and regular Pilates-goers looking for a way to add more strength to their training, as well as athletes/gym-goers looking to reduce injury risk, improve posture, or enhance mobility.

WEIGHTLIFTING SMALL GROUP CLASSES

We offer (2) types of Weightlifting Classes at the Fitneesa Studio for beginners as well as experienced lifters. 

Our Level 1/2 Weightlifting Classes are slower-paced & focus on foundational Weightlifting exercises with a strong emphasis on technique to maximize results. Suitable for beginners as well as regular gym-goers looking to brush up on their technique & body awareness. 

Our Level 2/3 Weightlifting Classes are faster-paced and more advanced. Suitable for more experienced weightlifters looking for an extra challenge.
