Our Level 1/2 Pilates classes focus on foundational Pilates exercises with a strong emphasis on technique and breath-work. Suitable for beginners as well as experienced Pilates clients.
Our Level 2/3 Pilates classes are faster-paced and more advanced. Suitable for more experienced Pilates clients looking for an extra challenge.
Our Gymlates classes combine the core-strengthening, flexibility, and posture-focused benefits of Pilates with the strength & power elements of traditional gym workouts. Ideal for beginners and regular Pilates-goers looking for a way to add more strength to their training, as well as athletes/gym-goers looking to reduce injury risk, improve posture, or enhance mobility.
